摘要
利用某车辆整车参数进行制动过程动力学模型建模,研究了8×8混合动力车辆机电复合制动控制策略,并分析了在机电复合制动工况下电机和液压制动力的分配情况.在不同制动模式下,对制动距离、制动时间和制动减速度进行了对比分析.研究结果表明,采用机电复合制动有效缩短了车辆的制动距离与制动时间,实现了制动能量回收.
A brake dynamics model is established according to an 8-wheel hybrid vehicle. The electromechanical compound brake control strategy is studied and the distribution of motor and hydraulic brake torques is analyzed under compound braking condition. The braking distance, braking time and deceleration of vehicles are compared and analyzed in different braking modes. The study indicates that,electro-mechanical compound brake can reduce the braking distance and time efficiently,and realize the energy recovery during braking.
