本文就新形势下商谈式民主在村民自治过程进行研究。商谈式民主作为民主制度的形式之一,在我国基层民主实践中发挥了越来越明显的作用。商谈式民主是村民自治过程中的有效途径,对乡村振兴起着举足轻重的作用。

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward the strategy of revitalizing the countryside, and the development of the countryside becomes the will of the country. It is imperative to revitalize the countryside and develop rural democracy. Villagers’ autonomy has made great progress in China. Its characteristics of self-management, self-education and self-service have also been well reflected. However, there are still many problems and contradictions in the process of actual autonomy, especially in the aspects of economic interests and democratic rights. As one of the forms of democratic system, negotiation democracy has played an increasingly significant role in the practice of grassroots democracy in China. Negotiation democracy is an effective way in the process of villagers’ autonomy, and plays a decisive role in the rural revitalization.
