摘要
本文对中美两国学前教育专业专科层次人才培养体系进行比较。通过比较二者的人才培养层次、人才培养目标,笔者发现二者存在一些共性,但差异明显。据此,我国一方面应建立学前教育专业人才培养方案认证机构,确保我国幼师人才培养质量;另一方面应丰富学前教育专业普通教育课程内容,以提高我国幼儿教师的科学文化综合水平。
This paper compares the talent training system of preschool education major in China and the United States. By comparing the levels of talent cultivation and personnel training objectives, the author finds they share some in common but also have apparent differences. Accordingly, on the one hand, our country should establish certification institution for the talent training program of preschool education major to ensure the quality of kindergarten teacher training;on the other hand, we should enrich the content of the general education curriculum of preschool education major, so as to improve the comprehensive level of science and culture of preschool teachers in China.
