摘要
运用全要素DEA分析方法,对2003—2015年重庆市35个工业行业的用电效率进行测度和横向比较,并以2011年为例采用单要素分析方法对重庆市10个主要用电行业与全国相应行业的用电效率进行横向比较。研究结果显示,重庆市工业行业整体用电效率不高,水的生产和供应业相对用电效率最低,烟草制品业相对用电效率最高,有6个用电行业低于全国用电效率水平,其中化学原料及化学制品制造业与全国均值差距最大。
Based on the total-factor DEA analysis method, this paper first measures and vertically compares2003-2015 electricity efficiency of 35 sectors of the secondary industry in Chongqing, and then, using singlefactor analysis method, horizontally compares 2011 power efficiency of top ten sectors in Chongqing with that of the corresponding sectors in other areas of China. The study gets the following results: the overall power efficiency of the industrial sectors in Chongqing is not high; comparatively speaking, the water production and supply sector has the lowest electricity efficiency and the tobacco industry the highest; the power efficiency of six major industries is much lower than that of the corresponding sectors in other areas of China, the biggest gap being between Chongqing's chemical raw material and chemical manufacturing industries and those in other areas.
