Improving Distribution Efficiency of Supermarket Chains: A Study Based on System Dynamics

利用系统动力学理论及方法,建立连锁超市配送系统效率系统动力学模型,以南昌地区的H超市为案例进行研究,选取该地区的一家配送中心和两家超市门店作为研究对象,利用Vensim软件进行仿真验证,发现H超市配送中心存在库存量波动较大的问题,调整变量的参数,再次进行仿真及对比分析,得到了改进策略,并提出了提高连锁超市的配送系统效率的具体措施,进而验证了该模型的有效性。

Using the theory and method of system dynamics, this paper builds a system dynamics model for the distribution efficiency of supermarket chains. Choosing H supermarket in Nanchang as a case to study and a distribution center and two supermarket stores as the research objects, the paper does simulated verification with Vensim software, thus finding that H supermarket＇s stock in distribution center fluctuates greatly. After adjusting the parameters of some variables, it does again simulated verification and contrast analysis, and gets the improvement strategy. It finally puts forward measures to improve the distribution efficiency of supermarket chains and verifies the validity of the model.
