摘要
绩效考核的内涵随着管理实践的发展以及人们对绩效考核认知的改变出现了多元化的解析。研究发现,工业控制理论中的反馈调节与管理科学中的考核制度具有非常相近的职能意义,通过对反馈调节理论的研究,建立和完善了高压用电检查班"三二一"综合考核评价体系。该考核评价体系通过对班组内业务人员三种职能的划分、利用两套辅助应用系统、在一个统一的管理标准下,完成对全班业务人员的客观评价。通过定期召开班组会议讨论对考核制度的适应性修改,以保证该考核评价体系的科学性与先进性。该考核评价制度兼顾制度共性与工作特殊性,起到了满意的监督与激励作用。
With the development of management practice and the change in people's cognition of perform- ante assessment, the connotation of performance assessment has also been analyzed in a diversified way. According to the study, the theory of feedback regulation in industrial control and the assessment system in management science are of similar functional significance. The "321" assessment system in high voltage customer electricity inspection has been tormulated and improved based on the study of feedback regula- tion theory. With three kinds of business personnel functions, two sets of auxiliary application systems and a unified management standard, the system achieves an objective evaluation of the whole group. In order to ensure the scientific and advanced evaluation system, the team holds regular meetings to discuss the theory's adaptability. Taking into account the institutional authority and specific characteristics of work, the assessment system plays a satisfaetory role of supervision and stimulation.
