当前,各级企业党校承担着重要的培养干部的责任。基于RDMIE模型的电网企业党建(思政)类培训资源库诞生于国网安徽省电力有限公司党校党建(思政)类课程建设实践过程中,在实施中取得了良好成效。该培训资源库的建构模式及其实施策略,为企业党校在新时代切实增强党建(思政)类培训资源建设的科学性、系统性和针对性提供了重要启示。

At the present time, Party Schools of enterprises at all levels have important responsibilities tot cadres training. The construction of training resources database tor power grid enterprise＇ Party-building work based on RDMIE model was born in practice, working successfully while being used. The construc- tive model and implementation strategy of the resources database are of great significance in enhancing the scientism, systematization and pertinence of Party-building courses as well as in providing important enlightenment tor the present basic direction of course construction.
