摘要
以2017年5月更新的ESI数据库为依据,对河北省7所高校入围ESI全球前1%的10个学科发展指标进行了分析,发现河北省高校ESI学科数量较少、领域分布较窄、学科水平较低、学科潜力较弱。基于以上问题,提出了加快河北省高校ESI学科发展的对策:加强对ESI学科建设的顶层设计、建立学科交叉的创新团队、研究学科前沿和热点问题、整合资源打造学科高峰、建立学科绩效考核和动态调整机制。
Based on the data of May 2017 updated by ESI database, the paper analyzed the ten ESI disciplines indicators of seven universities in Hebei Province. It is found some problems existed for universities of Hebei Province as follows: the number of ESI disciplines is few, the distribution of disciplines is concentrated, the level of discipline is low, the potential of discipline is weak. Accordingly, the countermeasures to speed up the development of ESI disciplines in universities of Hebei Province are put forward. First, strengthen top-level design of ESI discipline construction. Second, set up interdisciplinary innovation team. Third, research frontiers and hot topics. Fourth, integration resources to create discipline peak. Last, establish disciplinary performance evaluation and dynamic adjustment mechanism.
