适应广西养老服务业发展需要的高校专业建设探讨

Discussion on the Innovation of University Specialty Construction Adapting to the Development of the Pension Service Industry in Guangxi

在老龄化加速、养老服务业加快发展形势下,广西养老服务专业人才的培养供给面临一系列新要求。基于对广西相关方面人才培养现状及涉老专业办学中存在的问题进行的调研,提出对广西高校养老服务专业建设对策建议:把握对专业人才的真实需求以作为人才培养供给依据,构建多层次配合的专业人才培养体系,按轻重缓急拓展专业面向,解决好专业人才培养教学各环节问题,加大政策扶持和投入力度,吸引优秀人才接受专业教育,等等。

under the background of accelerating aging and the development of the service industry for the aged is accelerating, the cultivation and supply of professionals for elderly care services in Guangxi are facing a series of new requirements.Based on the investigation of the current situation of talents cultivation in related fields in Guangxi and the existing problems in the old-age professional education, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the innovation of the construction of the endowment service specialty in Guangxi University, such as： to understand the real needs of professionalsand take the demand as a basis for training talents;constructing multi-level and complementary training system for professional talents;to expand the professional direction according to the priority,and solve the problems in the teaching of professional talents training; pay attention to recruiting propaganda and employment; to increase investment in strength and policy support, while attract talents to receive professional education, and so on.
