摘要
民国成立后,社会教育行政开始在中央建立,并自上而下,逐渐推及省、市、县、区。在国家和地方的影响下,广东社会教育行政体制历经了起步、探索、定型三个阶段,各级社会教育行政从无到有,从依附到独立,不断趋于完善,呈现出一定的地方特色。
After the founding of the Republic of China, the social education administration began to be established in the central government, and then from the top to the bottom, it was gradually built in provinces, cities, counties and dis- tricts. Under the influence of the state and local governments, the social education administration system in Guangdong had gone through three stages: starting, exploring and shaping. The social education administration at all levels grew from scratch, and developed from dependence to independence, constantly being impi-)ved, showing a certain local characteris- tics.
