陕北府谷矿区煤炭资源清洁利用潜势及方式探讨 被引量:13

摘要 为了厘清陕北府谷矿区煤炭资源的清洁潜势、探究其更加清洁高效利用的可能性,在整理分析相关煤炭勘查资料的基础上,通过对矿区主采煤层样品进行系统煤质分析、煤岩组分鉴定、微量元素测试以及相应的对比分析,以探讨其清洁高效利用潜势及途径。结果表明:府谷矿区煤具有中高灰、低硫、高挥发分、高氢碳原子比、低有害元素、富惰质组分等特点,较高的灰分是府谷矿区煤清洁利用的最主要障碍。经对比评价,府谷矿区原煤洁净等级为Ⅲ级,浮煤为Ⅱ级。低热演化程度、高挥发分、高氢碳原子比的特点使其在煤炭直接液化利用方面具有较大的优势,浮煤直接液化利用是府谷矿区煤炭资源清洁高效利用的选择之一。 Fugu is one of the national planned coal mining areas with massive coal resources. In order to find a way of clean and efficient utilization of coal resources, a series of tests, including coal quality analysis, maceral identification and trace elements analysis were carried out on the main coalbeds after the analysis of exploration data of relevant coal resources. The comprehensive analysis shows that the ash is the main obstacle to the cleaness of the Fugu mining area for coal quality with the characteristics of middle-high ash, low sulfur, high volatiles, high hydrogen atom ratio, low harmful elements and rich inert components. Comparative evaluation shows that the clean coal grade is of categories Ⅲ and Ⅱ for Fugu raw coal and floating coal. It was confirmed that chlorine mainly occurs in organic components, and fluorine, arsenic exist in inorganic minerals after the analysis of occurrence of harmful elements. The coal quality characteristics of high volatiles, high hydrogen atom ratio and low degree of deterioration make Fugu coal have a great advantage in direct liquefaction, therefore, the direct liquefaction of floating coal is one of the effective way of clean and efficient utilization of coal resources in Fugu mining area.
