两种根管冲洗液对根管壁玷污层去除效果分析

摘要 目的:评价7%MA溶液和1%IP6溶液对根管壁玷污层的去除情况,并与17%EDTA溶液的去除效果相比较。方法:将40颗正畸拔出的单根前磨牙随机分成4组(n=10),A组:3%次氯酸钠溶液(根管预备过程中)+17%EDTA溶液(根管预备完成后);B组:3%次氯酸钠溶液(根管预备过程中)+蒸馏水(根管预备完成后);C组:3%次氯酸钠溶液(根管预备过程中)+1%IP6溶液(根管预备完成后);D组:3%次氯酸钠溶液(根管预备过程中)+7%MA溶液(根管预备完成后)。将根管分为根上1/3、根中1/3、根尖1/3,分别使用扫描电镜观察其玷污层的去除情况。结果:对于根管壁中根上1/3、根中1/3玷污层的去除情况,C、D组优于A、B两组(P<0.05),且D组比C组去除玷污层的效果好(P<0.05)。根尖1/3玷污层去除情况差异无统计学意义。结论:7%MA溶液和1%IP6溶液去除根管壁玷污层的效果皆优于17%EDTA溶液,且3%次氯酸钠溶液联合7%MA溶液去除根管壁中根上1/3、根中1/3玷污层的效果最佳。 Objective:The removal of the smear layer of the root canal wall was evaluated by 7% MA solution and 1%IP6 solution,and compared with the removal effect of 17% EDTA solution.Methods:A total of 40 orthodontic single premolars were randomly divided into 4 groups(n=10),group A:3%sodium hypochlorite solution(root canal preparation)+17% EDTA solution(after root canal preparation).Group B:3%sodium hypochlorite solution(root canal preparation process)+distilled water(after root canal preparation).Group C:3%sodium hypochlorite solution(root canal preparation process)+1% IP6 solution(after root canal preparation).Group D:3% sodium hypochlorite solution(root canal preparation process)+7% MA solution(after root canal preparation is complete).The root canal wall was divided into root 1/3,1/3 in the root,root tip 1/3,and the removal effect of the smear layer was observed by scanning electron microscope.Results:For the root canal wall,where root 1/3,1/3 in the root removing the smear layer,C,D groups better than A,B groups(P〈0.05),and group D is good smear layer removal effect than group C(P〈0.05).There was no statistical significance in the removal of root tip 1/3 smear layer.Conclusion:7% MA solution and 1%IP6 solution to remove the root canal wall smear layer effect better than 17% EDTA solution.3%sodium hypochlorite solution combined with 7% MA solution to remove the root of root 1/3,1/3 in the root smear layer of the best.
