达英-35联合克罗米芬及补佳乐对多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者的临床作用

To Investigate the Diane-35 combined with Clomiphene and Progynova with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Clinical Syndrome Infertility

目的:探讨达英-35联合克罗米芬及补佳乐对多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者的临床效果。方法:从我院妇科2015年2月—2016年7月收治的患者中选取81例多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者进行研究,根据治疗方式分组,将接受达英-35联合克罗米芬治疗的40例患者作为对照组,将采用达英-35联合克罗米芬及补佳乐治疗的41例患者作为观察组,观察对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后两组患者各项临床表现发生率、各项激素指标水平、卵巢体积均明显优于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组患者围排卵期子宫内膜厚度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者排卵率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是观察组妊娠率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:达英-35联合克罗米芬及补佳乐治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者的临床效果更为显著,值得临床推广。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Diane-35 combined with clomiphene and progynova on infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods：81 cases of infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were studied from our hospital in February 2015 to July 2016 were patients,according to treatment group,Diane-35 combined with clomiphene accepted definition 40 patients as control group,another 41 cases with Diane-35 combined with clomiphene and progynova treated patients as the observation group,observe two groups of patients.Results：After treatment,two groups of patients the incidence of clinical manifestations,the hormone level index,ovarian volume were significantly higher than those before treatment（P〈0.05）;patients in the observation group periovulatory endometrial thickness was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）;two patients with ovulation rate was no significant difference（P〈0.05）,but the observation group of pregnancy rate was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Diane-35 combined with progynova clomiphene and treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome clinical effect of infertility patients is more significant,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
