国外文献战略储备库建设及借鉴

Construction of Strategic Reserve Pools of Literature in Foreign Countries and Their Reference Significance

在我国社会主义建设进入新时代这一历史时期,推进国家图书馆国家文献战略储备库建设具有重要的文化和战略意义。在调研和梳理国外部分文献战略储备库建设情况的基础上,参考借鉴其成功的建设和管理经验,指出:我国国家图书馆国家文献战略储备库建设应紧密结合我国经济社会发展现状和国家图书馆的具体情况,统一规划,着眼长远,逐步建成一个顺应国际趋势、能够安全永久保存文献资源的藏书基地和多功能文化中心。

Based on the historical period of China＇s socialist construction entering a new era,the construction of the National Library＇s national strategic reserve pool for literature has important cultural and strategic significance. Through the study of the construction of some foreign literature strategic reserve pools and with references to their successful experience of construction and management,this paper points out that,the construction of national strategic reserve pool for literature in the National Library of China should closely integrate with the specific situation of China＇s economic and social development and the National Library of China and start from unified planning and a long-term strategic perspective,so as to gradually build a collection base and a multifunctional cultural center which conform to the international trend and are able to preserve literature resources in a safe and permanent way.
