穴位按摩联合耳穴贴压治疗老年人功能性便秘疗效观察

Observation of therapeutic effect of acupoint massage combined with auricular acupoint pressure in the treatment of functional constipation in the elderly people

目的:观察穴位按摩联合耳穴贴压治疗老年功能性便秘的疗效。方法:选取2015年3月至2017年2月就诊的老年功能性便秘患者70例,分为观察组和对照组各35例。对照组采用口服麻仁丸(12 g/d)治疗,观察组采用穴位按摩联合耳穴贴压治疗。两组均以4周为1个疗程,共3个疗程。结果:观察组总有效率为88.57%(31/35),对照组为71.42%(25/35),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位按摩联合耳穴贴压治疗老年功能性便秘有效。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of acupoint massage combined with auricular acupoint pressure in the treatment of functional constipation in the elderly people. Methods： From March 2015 to February 2017 70 patients with functional constipation were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oral Maren soft capsule（12 g/d）, and the observation group was treated with acupoint massage combined with auricular acupoint pressing. Both groups took 4 weeks as a course of treatment for a total of 3 courses. Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.57%（31/35）, the control group was 71.42%（25/35）, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion： Acupoint massage combined with auricular acupoint pressing is effective in the treatment of functional constipation in the elderly people.
