摘要
采用GC-MS技术分析鉴定黄蜀葵籽油中的化学成分,共鉴定湘产黄蜀葵籽油中的11个化学成分,其中油酸质量分数为43.8%、亚油酸质量分数为26.3%、棕榈酸质量分数为17.2%.不饱和脂肪酸含量极为丰富,占油脂总量的78.6%.
GC-MS technology was used for chemical analysis of seed oil fromAbelmoschus manihot.Eleven chemical constituents were identified in the seed oil.Among these,the content of oleic acid was 4 3.8%,the content of linoleic acid was 26.3%,and the content of palmitic acid was 1 7.2%.Unsaturated fatty acid content is very rich,accounting for 78.6% of the total oil.
