摘要
建立中压天然气流量计实流标定装置时,门站调压引起检定用天然气压力、流速、温度均发生波动,这些波动均会影响测量的准确度。以某待建中压天然气流量计实流标定方案为例,根据设计参数进行了管道系统动态仿真,对实流标定装置中最佳检定点的选择进行了讨论。仿真分析结果表明,在调压器出口2 m以上的距离处,管道内检定用天然气压力、流速、温度的波动符合检定规程的要求。
Pressure,current velocity and temperature of natural gas changes under natural gas pressure regulation,may influence measurement accuracy directly during the procedure of natural gas virtual flow calibration. The dynamic simulation of the pipeline system is carried out according to the design parameters,and the choice of virtual flow calibration point is discussed. The result of the simulation shows that two centimeters away from the exit of the calibration point tend to meet the requirement of the verification regulation.
