Ki-67表达对不同分子分型局部晚期乳腺癌新辅助化疗效果预测研究被引量：1

摘要目的探讨Ki-67表达与局部晚期乳腺癌患者新辅助化疗效果的关系。方法用免疫组化法检测293例局部晚期乳腺癌患者雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)、Cerb B-2及Ki-67水平。随机选择3种常用方案化疗4~6周期后手术。分析不同分子分型局部晚期乳腺癌患者Ki-67表达率的差异。结果 basal-like型组、Luminal B型(HER2+型)组和HER2+/ER-型组Ki-67表达率具有显著性差异。结论对于HER2+或basal-like型乳腺癌患者,Ki-67表达是一个重要的参考指标。
