摘要 采用刨削加工作为脱壳手段,设计了专用气动推压手爪,以环形推压手爪阵列为核心,构成多通道气动刨削式油茶果破壳机。根据运动原理,分析了推压手爪的运动力学性能及果实在刀条上的运动轨迹。通过切削力监测,证明推压手爪提供了刨削加工所需的切削力。采用试制的原型机配套通用色选机进行脱壳清选试验,加工未经摊晒的油茶果,脱壳率超过99%、破子率小于2%、子中含壳率小于2%。 In order to reduce seed damage in fresh Camellia oleifera shelling, the planer machining is used and the specific pneumatic pushing hand is innovated. The multi-channel pneumatic planer for Camellia oleifera shelling is constructed based on a matrix of pushing hands mounted on the rotating cylinder. Each rotating pushing hand pushes a fruit forward by certain down force on the blade bar, and the two wings of the spherical shell is cut off by the blades. The kinematic character of the pneumatic pushing hand is analyzed, and the motion trajectory of the fruit on the blade bar is described. By monitoring the cutting force,it is confirmed that the pushing hands give proper action forces for planer operation. Using the self-developed prototype planer and general color sortor,fresh Camellia oleifera fruit shelling and sorting test was carried out and the satisfactory result was obtained, the shelling rate〉99%, seed damage rate〈2%,shell content in seed〈2%.
