摘要
应用有限元软件ANSYS对不同约束条件下的输流管道进行瞬态流固耦合动力学分析和模态分析,得到输流管道在不同约束条件下管壁特征点的位移图和计算迭代曲线以及管道的固有频率,分析不同约束条件下瞬态流动对输流管道动力学的影响.结果表明,通过改变管道的约束方式可以减小管壁位移和应力,管壁的最大位移和最大应力以及特征点的位移和加速度的绝对值有关,考虑流固耦合会使管道的固有频率降低.
The finite element software ANSYS is used for the analysis of dynamics of transient fluid-solid coupling and modality of fluid conveying pipeline under different constraint conditions to obtain the displacement diagram of the pipe wall feature point,calculate iterative curve and natural frequency of pipe line,and analyze the influence of transient flow on the dynamics of this pipe line.The result shows that the displacement and stress of the pipe wall can be reduced by changing the pipeline restraint mode,the maximum displacement of pipe wall and the maximum stress and displacement of feature point will be related to the absolute value of the acceleration,When the fluid-solid coupling is taken into consideration,the calculated natural frequency of the pipeline will be reduced.
