十字盘钢管脚手架节点抗弯性能研究

摘要 文章通过试验研究和有限元数值模拟相结合的方法,分析了60型十字盘脚手架的连接节点在弯矩荷载作用下的应力、应变发展规律,讨论了节点的抗弯性能和构件传力机理等关键问题。根据节点在逐渐增大的弯矩荷载作用下的变形发展规律,结合有限元模型的计算结果,确定了十字盘脚手架在工程应用中节点承受弯矩荷载的控制值。采用节点连接半刚性理论中的线性计算模型,在文中确定的节点弯矩控制值范围内,对节点抗弯试验中所得的弯矩-转角数据关系进行了拟合,计算得到60型十字盘节点的抗弯刚度值。 The experimental research and finite element numerical simulation were conducted to analyze the stress and strain development law of the type 60 cross-plate scaffold joint under the bending loads.Some key issues such as the bending resistance performance of the joint and the force transfer mechanism of the joint components were also discussed.According to the deformation development law of the joint under the increasing bending loads as well as the finite element model calculation results,the control value of the bending load of the cross-plate scaffold joint when applied in construction works was settled.Using the linear calculation model of the semi-rigid connection theory,the relationship between the bending moment and angular values obtained in the joint tests was fitted and the bending stiffness value of the type 60 cross-plate joint was calculated within the range of the determined bending moment control value.
