基于网格化管理的食品药品监管系统的设计与实现 被引量:2

摘要 基于电子地图直观展现省、市、县、镇、村监管企业动态分布情况,实行三级网格化管理,将责任人及监管对象基本信息(静态与动态信息)录入平台。依据地图索引,快速清晰明确"谁来管,来管谁,管什么及历史监管记录"。不但把监管对象,执法人员,村级协管员有机结合起来,更引导大众积极参与监督,为精准开展隐患排查和日常监管创造条件。该系统操作简便,运行稳定,各方面达到了设计要求。 Based on the electronic maps,it visually displays the dynamic distribution of provincial,municipal,county,township and village regulatory enterprises,implements three-level grid management,and records basic information(static and dynamic information)of responsible persons and regulatory objects on the platform.According to the map index,it quickly and clearly identifies "who cares,who controls,what is in charge,and historical supervision records".It not only integrates the regulatory targets,law enforcement officers,and villagelevel coordinators,but also guides the public to actively participate in supervision,and creates conditions for accurate risk investigation and daily supervision.The system is easy to operate,stable in operation,and all aspects meet the design requirements.
