摘要
居住区地下空间在整个城市可供开发与综合利用的地下空间资源中占有重要的比例,通过合理开发地下空间,整合居住区空间功能,能够使居住区获得更为丰富的空间资源。城市居住区地下空间开发利用应在区内交通、商业及公共服务、市政、防灾与防护等功能方面不断拓展和完善,根据地下空间环境适建性,对停车、医疗卫生、文化体育、商业服务、社区服务、金融邮电、行政管理等用地,提出具体的地下空间开发控制要求,并且明确各项控制指标。现代居住区地下空间开发利用还应注重加强地下空间的连通性,突出半地下空间的生态景观性以及利用下沉广场和下沉庭院创建上下部空间的景观连续性。
The underground space in the residential area occupies an important proportion in the underground space resources which can be exploited and comprehensive utilization in whole city. In order to obtain richer spatial resources, we should rationally develop underground space and integrate the spatial function of residential area. Exploitation and utilization of underground space in city residential area should be expanded and perfected in these areas of traffic, businesses and public services, municipal services, disaster prevention and protection, etc. According to the developing possibility of underground space's environment, we should put forward specific requirements for the development and control of underground space and clear the control index to parking, health care, culture and sports, business service, community service, finance, post and telecommunications, administration and others. Exploitation and utilization of underground space in city residential area should also focus on strengthening the connectivity of underground space, highlighting the ecological landscape of semi-underground space and establishing the landscape continuity of above and under spaces by using the sunken squares and sunken garden.
