历史街区空间魅力评价研究——概念解析及评价维度

The Spatial Charm Evaluation of Historical Street:Concept Analysis and Evaluation Dimension

随着全球化浪潮对地方特色的消解,历史街区地方特色正在与传统地方认同相断裂,曾经独具空间魅力的历史街区面孔经历外来资本主导的形象重塑,催生了大批"千街一面"的历史街区空间。该文从地方和认同角度对历史街区空间魅力的内涵进行解析,分析当前历史街区风貌同质化现象的困境,认为历史街区活化需要挖掘和重塑其空间魅力,其中包括原真生活的保护及地方感的构建,为历史街区魅力评价提供理论维度。

As the tide of globalization has dissolved the local characteristics, the historic features of the historical district are breaking away from the traditional local identity. The unique, charismatic historical neighborhood style has been remodelled by foreign capital and has spawned a large number of ＂thousands of streets in one side＂. We analyze the connotation of the historical charm of the historic district from the perspective of the place and identity, and analyze the predicament of the homogeneity in historical district. We consider that the revitalization of historic district needs to excavate and reshape the charm of space, including the protection of original behavior and built the sense of place, which provides the theoretical dimension for the evaluation of charm in historical district.
