p311在肺发育及损伤修复中的研究进展

摘要 呼吸窘迫综合征是临床危重新生儿尤其是早产儿常见的临床综合征,患儿由于肺泡表面活性物质缺乏而导致肺泡发育障碍,严重时可危及患儿生命。氧疗和辅助通气是改善患儿缺氧状态的重要治疗方法,长时间高氧暴露使未成熟肺的肺泡上皮细胞损伤、坏死,从而导致急性肺损伤,最终由于呼吸功能衰竭引起支气管肺发育不良。近年来,支气管肺发育不良在全球发病率逐年递增,存活者常伴有明显的肺功能低下和肺发育不良,目前尚无确定有效的治疗方法。p311基因是一种新发现的功能基因,在人体各器官广泛分布,物种间高度保守,其参与神经、肺及损伤上皮细胞的再生,维持血压平衡,促进肾纤维化及胶质瘤的侵袭等。 Respiratory distress syndrome is a common clinical syndrome in critical neonates,especially premature babies. Due to the lack of alveolar surfactant,the children can develop obstructive pulmonary dysplasia,which can endanger the life of the children. Oxygen therapy and auxiliary ventilation are important methods to improve the hypoxia of children.Prolonged high oxygen exposure causes the damage and necrosis of alveolar epithelial cells in immature lungs,leading to acute lung injury,which may eventually cause respiratory function failure and bronchial pulmonary dysplasia. In recent years,the global incidence of bronchial pulmonary dysplasia has been increasing year by year,and the survivors are often accompanied by obvious lung hypofunction and poor lung development. p311 is a newly discovered function gene,widely distributed in human organs,and are high conserved between species. It plays an important role in regeneration of nerve,lung and damaged epithelial cells,maintaining blood pressure balance,and promoting the invasion of renal fibrosis and glioma.
