摘要 肠道菌群是寄居于人体肠道内微生物的总称,是一个构成复杂、功能多样的微生态系统。作为与宿主共生的有生系统,肠道微生物在机体消化、营养、代谢、免疫及疾病的发生和发展等方面都扮演重要角色。肝脏是人体内以代谢为主的器官,在解剖和功能上与肠道存在密切联系,构成"肠-肝"轴。随着对"肠-肝"轴研究的进一步深入,发现慢性肝脏疾病及其并发症与肠道菌群的改变息息相关。近年来,肠道菌群与慢性肝脏疾病的相关性受到广泛关注,改善肠道微生态系统已经成为治疗慢性肝病及其并发症的重要手段之一。 Gut microbiota is the general term of microorganisms living in the human intestinal tract,and it has complex composition and various functions. Gut microbiota plays an important role in digestion,nutrition,metabolism,immunity and development of diseases. The liver is an organ with metabolism as main function and it interacts closely with the gut forming " gut-liver" axis. With the further study of " gut-liver" axis,it' s found that chronic liver disease and its complications are closely related to the changes of gut microbiota. In recent years,the correlation between gut microbiota and chronic liver diseases has been widely concerned,and improving intestinal microecosystem has become one of the important means to treat chronic liver diseases and the complications.
