高校教师教学成就动机的信度与效度检验 被引量:1

摘要 成就动机是影响工作成效的重要指标,高校教师教学成就动机状况攸关教学成效。教学成就动机量表在借鉴成熟成就动机量表的基础上,结合高校教学特点修订完成。统计结果显示,不同类型高校教师教学成就动机量表得分差异不显著,内部一致性信度Cronbach'sα系数为0.802,KMO统计值为0.903,验证性因子分析发现各项适配度指数均符合要求,上述指标表明教学成就动机量表信度与效度良好。 Achievement motivation is an important factor affecting the job performance. From the perspective of college teaching work, the teachers" teaching achievement motivations determine their teaching performance. On the basis of learning from the mature achievement motivation scale, the teaching achievement motivation scale was revised according to the college teaching characteristics. The survey results show that there is no significant difference in scores of teaching achievement motivation among the teachers of different types college, the Cronbach's alpha coefficient of internal consistency reliability is 0.802, and the statistical value of KMO is 0.903. The confirmatory factor analysis found that the fitness index of each item conforms to the statistical requirements. Therefore, the teaching achievement motivation scale has good reliability and validity.
