摘要
为了提高电动汽车自动变速器的承载能力和传动平稳性,研究了2挡行星齿轮机构多目标优化问题。根据厂家提供的2挡行星齿轮参数,建立了数学模型。选取2挡行星齿轮体积与重合度作为目标函数,并将以上2个目标函数转化为单目标函数。以同心条件等作为约束条件,运用MATLAB优化工具箱中的fmincon函数进行多目标优化,得出了优化后2挡行星齿轮各参数值。优化后减小了2挡行星齿轮的体积,增加了重合度,提高了电动汽车自动变速器的经济性和可靠性。
In order to improve the load carrying capacity and transmission stability of electric vehicle automatic transmission,the multi-objective optimization problem of two-gear planetary gear mechanism is studied. According to the two-gear planetary gear parameters provided by the manufacturer, a mathematical model is established. Taking the volume and coincidence degree of the two-gear planetary gear as the objective function, the above two objective functions are transformed into single objective functions. Using the concentric condition as the constraint condition, the fmincon function in MATLAB optimization toolbox is used for multi-objective optimization, and the parameters of the optimized post two-gear planetary gear are obtained. After optimization, the volume of the two gear planetary gear has been reduced, the coincidence degree has been increased, and the economy and reliability of the electric vehicle automatic transmission have been improved.
