摘要
从考虑换挡规律的速比优化匹配经济性和多挡电驱动系统全寿命经济性2个方面对多挡电驱动系统的经济性进行研究。提出一种通过优化速比和换挡规律来改善纯电动汽车性能的方法,并通过NEDC循环工况进行仿真,验证了所提出方法的适用性。同时,在多挡电驱动系统全寿命经济性研究中对2挡变速箱与单级减速器的制造成本和使用成本进行了分析,结果显示,使用2挡变速器的电动汽车的制造和使用的综合成本要比使用单级减速器的成本低。
The economy of the multi-gear electric drive system is studied from two aspects of the economy of speed ratio optimization and the full life economy of the multi-gear electric drive system. A method of improving the performance of battery electric vehicle by optimizing the gear ratio and shifting is proposed. The simulation is carried out through NEDC cycle condition. The applicability of the proposed method is verified. At the same time the manufacturing cost and usage cost is analyzed for the single-speed and two-speed transmission on the research of life economy of the multi-gear position electric drive system. The results show that the comprehensive cost of the manufacturing and usage for the two-speed gearbox is much lower than the cost of the single-speed transmission.
