摘要
完善大学生择业是服务型政府的重要职能之一,人才资源配置的市场化,使得影响大学生的就业因素和毕业生的择业定位都由各种综合因素集合而成。通过分析影响大学生就业的主要因素,利用系统结构化模型技术来建立构成因素相互关系的结构化模型;然后根据学生在选择职业时考虑的评价因素,通过系统评价的方法对目前大学毕业生的择业意向进行全面的评估。
Improving job selection of graduates is one of the important functions of a service-oriented government. The marketing of talent resource allocation makes the employment factors that affect college students and the orientation of graduates' employment are composed of various comprehensive factors. Through the analysis of the main factors that affect the employment of college students, the structured model technology is used to establish the structural model of the interrelationship of the factors. Then, according to the evaluation factors that the students take into account in choosing the career, this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of the current university graduates' choice of job intentions through systematic evaluation.
