摘要
针对在煤矿高湿、高粉尘复杂环境下,现有矿用风速检测技术难以高精度测量低风速的情况,为实现对煤矿巷道风速0~0.3 m/s区间的高精度测量,克服传感器安装角度对风速测量精度的影响,提出将超声波时差法测风原理应用于煤矿风速测量的新方案。介绍了一种新型超声波传输时间精密测量算法,并优化了超声波立面对射探头结构和低功耗驱动方法。实验结果表明:该超声波时差法检测系统实现了对煤矿风速0~15.0 m/s的高精度测量,能够较好地满足煤矿使用要求,具有良好的经济效益。
In the complex environment of high humidity and high dust in coal mine,the existing technology of mining wind speed detection is difficult to achieve high precision measurement of low wind speed. In order to realize the high accuracy measurement of wind speed of roadway from 0 m/s to 0. 3 m/s and avoid the influence of the sensor installation angle on the measurement,this paper present a new method for applying the principle of ultrasonic time difference method to the measurement of wind speed in coal mine,introduced a new algorithm of precision measurement on ultrasonic transmission time.Furthermore,the structure of ultrasonic elevation and low power consumption was optimized. The results showed that this detection system achieves high precision measurement of wind speed from 0 m/s to 15. 0 m/s in coal mine,it can meet the requirements of the coal mine better and has good economic benefit.
