摘要
分析了塑料生产过程中的粉尘来源,以及产尘特点及粉尘逸散规律,根据塑料生产车间现场的实际情况,设计出适合于现场生产线的除尘系统。基于通风阻力、风量的计算结果,设计出适宜工人操作的吸尘罩,并选用了大风量的风机及高效的湿式除尘器。该除尘系统运行后,塑料生产车间的总粉尘质量浓度降低至3 mg/m3以下,降尘效率高达98%,除尘效果较好。
The dust sources in the process of plastic production,the characteristics of producing dust and the law of dust dispersion were analyzed in this paper. A dust removal system suitable for field production line was designed according to the site condition of plastic production workshop. Based on the calculation results of ventilation resistance and air volume,the dust hood suitable for the operation of workers was designed,and a high air volume fan and efficient wet dust collector were selected. As the dust removal system run,the total dust concentration in the plastic production workshop was reduced to less than 3 mg/m3,the dust removal efficiency was as high as 98%,the dust removal effect was great.
