摘要
针对传统AC/DC/AC型电力电子变压器,在实际应用时出现的过电流、过电压和谐波振荡等问题,研究了一种级联型电力电子变压器的拓扑结构。该拓扑输入级由H桥级联而成,隔离级由LLC谐振型双向DC/DC变换模块构成,输出级由逆变电路和LC滤波器构成。在Matlab/Simulink仿真平台上搭建模型,结果表明,该拓扑能够很好地平衡电流电压,抑制谐波,具有良好的稳定性。
The problems of the traditional AC/DC/AC power electronic transformer are overcurrent,overvoltage and harmonic oscillation in the practical application.The present paper researches the topology structure of a cascaded power electronic transformer.The input stage uses a cascaded H-bridge,the isolation stage employs an LLCresonant bidirectional DC/DC converter module,and the output stage adopts an inverter circuit and an LCfilter.The model is established on the Matlab/Simulink simulation platform.The results show that the topology can balance the current voltage,suppress the harmonics and have good stability.
