摘要 随着我国社会的飞速进步和发展,人们的物质水平得到了不断提高,对电力的需求也逐年增高。对火力发电厂而言,严格控制给水水质,进行实时跟踪与监督,确保生产过程中的安全性是非常重要的。以生产过程中的锅炉给水水质为研究对象,首先运用因果图找出给水水质发生偏差的原因;其次对给水的各项指标运用多元线性回归法进行分析,找到影响pH值变化的一个或多个关键变量,制定并实施改进措施;最后通过控制图和过程能力分析对电厂水质的pH值进行对比和效果验证,提出相关改进建议与对策。 Nowadays,with the rapid progress and development of Chinese society,people's material level has been continuously improved,and the demand for electricity has been increasing year by year.For thermal power plants,it is very important to strictly control the water quality,conduct real-time tracking and monitoring,and ensure the safety of the production process.The present paper takes the water quality of a boiler as a research object.Firstly,the cause and effect diagram is used to find out the reason of the deviation of the water quality.Secondly,the multiple linear regression method is used to analyze the indexes of the boiler water,in order to find one or more key variables that can affect the change of the pH values,and make and implement improvement actions.Finally,the pH values of the water quality in the power plant are compared,and the results are verified through control chart and process capability analysis.Moreover,further suggestions and strategies are put forward.
