刀盘是盾构机的重要工作部件,在盾构机掘进过程中刀盘起开挖土层、搅拌渣土等功能。本文以不同城市地层条件下盾构机刀盘选型为例,分析盾构机刀盘结构型式并验证刀具焊缝强度,指出了刀具合金的焊接质量是影响刀具强度的主要因素。

Shield cutter wheels is used for excavating soil and mixing residue in shield construction. Shield cutter wheels is an important device of shield machine. This paper analyzes the Shield cutter wheels and verifies the strength of the cutter, based on different geological conditions. It is pointed out that the main factors affecting the strength of cutter are the welding quality of alloy and cutter body.
