摘要
针对桥壳焊接自动线对桥壳中段两端加工的工艺要求,创新设计了一种用于该自动线的卧式双面数控镗床。该设备具有机器人自动上下料、更换品种自动切换,整个生产过程不需人工干预的功能。本文介绍了设备所能达到的加工产品工艺要求、机床整体布局,着重阐述了机床关键部件工装夹具、数控镗车头、刀辅具的设计,简单介绍了其他部件。
Aiming at the requirement of the process of machining both ends of the middle part of the axle housing by the automatic welding of axle housing, a horizontal doublesided CNC boring machine for the automatic line is innovated and designed. The device has a robot automatically loading and unloading, auto matic replacement of species change, the entire production process without human intervention. This article describes the processing technology requirements that the equipment can reach, the overall layout of the machine tool. It focuses on the key components of the machine tool fixture, CNC boring head, knife aids design and gives a brief introduction of other components.
