Status Quo,Problems and Countermeasures of Forest Management in Local Forestry in Heilongjiang Province

笔者在此文中,浅析了黑龙江省地方森林经营现状以及经营过程中存在的不足,并针对这些不足,提出了一些实用性的建议,为今后相关林业森林经营提供参考。

In this article,the writer analyses the present situation of local forest management in Heilongjiang province in the process of the operation and the deficiencies,and aiming at these deficiencies,and puts forward some practical suggestions,provide a reference for future related forestry management.
