新型神经营养因子CDNF/MANF家族与神经系统疾病 被引量:3

摘要 中脑星形胶质细胞源性神经营养因子(MANF)/保守型多巴胺神经营养因子(CDNF)与传统神经营养因子一样,具有营养神经、促进细胞存活的作用,但又不能归为传统神经营养因子。CDNF/MANF的生理功能与其结构域有关,主要通过抗氧化、抗细胞凋亡以及抗炎症活性等途径起保护神经的作用。CDNF/MANF在帕金森病、缺血性脑损伤、脊髓小脑共济失调、阿尔茨海默病、周围神经损伤及脊髓损伤等神经系统疾病中具有良好的神经保护和神经修复作用,成为研究的热点。 Mesencephalic astrocyte-derived neurotrophic factor(MANF)/conserved dopaminergic neurotrophic factor(CDNF) has the functions of neurotrophic,promoting cell survival,same as the classical neurotrophic factors(NTFs).However,they cannot be classified as any type of classical NTFs.The function of CDNF/MANF is associated with its domains,which is nerve protection through anti-oxidation,anti-apoptotic and anti-inflammation.CDNF/MANF plays a significant role of neuroprotection and nerve repairing in nervous system diseases as Parkinson's disease,ischemic brain damage,pinocerebellar ataxia,Alzheimer's disease,peripheral nerve injury and spinal cord injury,and has become the research hotspot.
