铥激光治疗良性前列腺增生症的研究进展

Research Progress of Thulium Laser in the Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

近年来,激光技术在外科治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)中发挥重要作用。其中,铥激光是一种较常用的医用激光,其波长约为2μm,故又称为2μm激光。在前列腺手术中,铥激光因具有术中损伤小、止血效果好、切割精准度高、并发症少、学习周期较短等优点而被临床广泛应用。根据铥激光的手术原理,治疗BPH出现了不同术式。目前,这些铥激光术式治疗BPH的优势已被证实,根据患者前列腺体积的不同,可选用不同的铥激光术式进行治疗。随着铥激光技术的发展,未来其有可能代替经尿道前列腺电切术成为治疗BPH的标准方法。

In recent years,laser technology plays an important role in the surgical treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）.Among them,thulium laser is one of the more commonly used medical laser,and because its wavelength is about 2 μm,it＇s also known as 2 μm laser.In prostate surgery,thulium laser has been widely used clinically because of its advantages of small injury,good hemostatic effect,high precision of cutting,less complications and shorter learning cycle.According to the surgical principle of thulium laser,different surgical methods have appeared in the treatment of BPH.At present,the advantages of these thulium laser surgical methods for the treatment of BPH have been proved.According to the different volume of prostate,different thulium laser procedures can be used for treatment.With the development of thulium laser technology,it may replace transurethral resection of prostate in the future as a standard way to treat BPH.
