急迫性尿失禁(UUI)是尿失禁的常见类型,男女均可发病,女性发病率较男性更高,且发病率随年龄的增加而增加。UUI的特点是有强烈尿意,但尿液不能随意志控制而经尿道流出。UUI严重影响患者的身心健康和生活质量。近年来,虽然对UUI进行了深入研究,但其病因至今尚未完全明了,且妇产科医师目前对其流行病学概况了解甚少,所以了解成年女性UUI的患病率和相关影响因素,对于制定预防和治疗措施、保障妇女健康至关重要。

Urge urinary incontinence（UUI） is a common type of urinary incontinence,male and female can be disease,and female＇ s incidence rate is higher than that of men,the incidence increases with age.UUI is characterized by intense urine,but can not be controlled and transurethral.UUI seriously affects the physical and mental health and quality of life of the patients.In recent years,although the research on UUI has been continuously deepened,its etiology has not been completely clear,and the obstetricians and gynecologists have little knowledge of its epidemiology.Therefore,understanding the prevalence and related factors of UUI among the adult women all over the world,in order to make better prevention and treatment measures,ensure the health of women.
