摘要 针对辐射光谱测温法测量误差问题,利用黑体炉搭建了标准辐射测温实验平台,选用200~1 100nm波段光谱仪对标准高温源进行辐射光谱测量。讨论了高温源辐射光谱特征,并基于辐射光谱测温法获得了温度测量值,该值与标准参考值的相对偏差小于4%,同时分析了测量重复性引起的标准不确定度分量,为辐射测温法应用提供参考。 In order to obtain the measurement error of radiation spectroscopy thermometry,the standard experimental platform was established by black body furnace.The spectrometer with 200~1 100 nm was selected to measure the radiation spectrums of standard high-temperature source.The spectral characteristics were discussed in detail.And the temperature results were determined based on spectroscopy thermometry.Compared with the standard value,the relative deviations are less than 4%.The uncertainty components of the repeated measurements were analyzed.It provides important reference for applications of radiation spectroscopy thermometry.
