摘要
本文根据建筑施工企业面临的压力,论述了建筑施工企业实施"三标合一"综合管理体系的优势,分析了建筑施工企业在实施综合管理体系过程中存在的问题,提出了基于PDCA循环持续改进、发挥组织领导作用、建立QEHS管理机构等解决对策,实现建筑施工企业永续健康发展。
This article starts with the market situation of construction enterprises, expounds the reasons for the implementation of the "three standard one" comprehensive management system in the construction enterprises, and analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of the comprehensive management system in the construction enterprises. Based on the continuous improvement of the PDCA cycle, the role of organization and leadership, and the establishment of the QEHS management organization, the solutions are put forward, to realize the sustainable and healthy development of construction enterprises.
