基于产城融合理念的工业园区更新与利用研究——以沈阳724工厂为例

Research on the Renewal and Utilization of Industrial Park Based on the Concept of City-industry Integration: Take Shenyang 724 Factory as an Example

产城分离是我国工业园区普遍存在的问题,是困扰地区甚至城市经济发展的重要因素之一。产城融合的理念是工业园区产城分离问题的一种新思路。本文对产城融合的理念内涵做了较为深入的解析,分析沈阳大东汽车城存在的问题,并指出724工厂的更新与利用是汽车城产城融合发展的重要契机与途径。文章从功能、文化、生态三个方面提出了在产城融合理念的指导下,724工厂更新与利用的规划措施,希望为同类工业园区的更新与利用提供借鉴。

The city-industry separation is a common problem in China＇s industrial parks and is one of the important factors that plague the economic development of the region or even the city. The concept of city-industry integration is a new idea for solving the problem in industrial parks. This article makes a deep analysis of the connotation of the city-industry integration, analyzes the problems existing in Shenyang Dadong Motor City, and points out that the renewal and utilization of the 724 factory is an important opportunity and avenue for the integration and development of the automobile city. The article puts forward planning measures for the renewal and utilization of 724 factory under the guidance of the concept of city-industry integration from function, culture and ecology, hoping to provide references for the renewal and utilization of similar industrial parks.
