摘要 笔者以参与的"凤城五路-欧亚大道-港务西路快速化改造项目"设计实例,提出在城市快速路体系中采用预制大箱梁,通过分幅预制、梁间局部现浇作业,利用国内高铁桥梁成熟使用的900t运、架设备进行箱梁架设,经少许改造后应用于城市快速路网建设。该结构箱梁整体刚度大,耐久性好,结构材质均匀,受力明确,在实现预制结构外观突破的同时,有效避免了现浇结构的质量通病问题。同时,该桥型下部结构可采用外扩花瓶墩,在进一步提升桥下景观的同时,可实现桥下空间的最大利用。 The author takes the design example of "Fengcheng five road-Eurasia Avenue-Hong Kong West Road rapid transformation project", and proposes that the prefabricated large box girder is adopted in the urban expressway system, through the prefabrication and local cast-in-place work between the beams, the box girder erection is made by using the mature 900 t transport equipment of the high iron bridge in China. After the transformation, the urban viaduct was put into construction. The structural box girder has a large rigidity, good durability, uniform material material and clear force, which can effectively avoid the problem of quality defects of the cast-in-place structure while realizing the breakthrough of the prefabricated structure. At the same time, the substructure of the bridge can be expanded by using external expansion vase piers, which can further enhance the landscape under the bridge and maximize the utilization of the space under the bridge.
