摘要
研究了基于三菱PLC自带的PID控制模块的纳米碳加热膜式节能油温机控制系统。该系统选用PLC触摸屏一体机作为纳米碳加热材料控制器,利用三菱PLC自带的PID控制模块来控制纳米碳加热膜式纳米加热器。样机实验表明,该系统温度控制稳定,超调量小,可用于多种工业温度控制场合。
The control system of the nanometer carbon heating film energy saving oil temperature machine based on PID controller of Mitsubishi PLC is studied. The system uses PLC touch screen machine as a nanometer heating material controller, and uses Mitsubishi PLC comes with PID control module to control the instant nanometer heater. Prototype experiments show that the system has stable temperature control, small overshoot, which can be used for a variety of industrial temperature control occasions.
