摘要
水利水电工程施工土石方调配受其空间、时间和数量的限制,是影响工程成本的重要因素之一。本文以大型调水工程实例阐述了土方平衡调配的原则,及投标时与实施时土方调配变化较大,采用综合运距法可有效解决。并且分析了大型调水工程土石方平衡调配特点,最后说明土方平衡调配方法。通过这一系列的阐述说明水利工程挖填工程量巨大,料物调配部分占整个工程投资比重很大,解决好该问题具有显著的经济、技术价值。
The allocation of earth and rock for water conservancy and hydropower project construction is limited by its space, time and quantity, and it is one of the important factors that affect the project cost. In this paper, the principle of balanced deployment of earthwork is explained by examples of large-scale water division projects, and the earthwork allocation during the bidding and implementation changes greatly, and the comprehensive transportation distance calculation method can effectively solve the problem. In addition, the characteristics of balanced deployment of earth and stone in large-scale water diversion projects are analyzed, and finally, methods for earth-level balance deployment are described. Through this series of elaborations, it shows that the amount of excavation and filling works for water conservancy projects is huge, and the allocation of materials and materials accounts for a large proportion of the total investment in the project. Solving this problem has significant economic and technological value.
