新时期党员领导干部的家训家风建设初探

On the Construction of the Party Leading Cadres' Family Instructions and Traditions in the New Era

党员领导干部的家训家风关系到党风、政风和社风的建设。在研究中国传统家训家风的内涵基础上,分析了良好家训家风对预防和抵制腐败、培养正确"三观"、保证家庭幸福等的积极作用,进一步明晰了家训家风与党员领导干部廉洁治家的内在关系,由此从继承和弘扬优秀传统家训文化、廉洁治家并积极发挥家属作用、深入推进家训家风制度建设等方面提出相应对策,从而为新时期党员领导干部的成长发展和实现伟大复兴的"中国梦"保驾护航。

The family＇s instructions and traditions of Party members and leading cadres is related to party conduct,political style and social atmosphere. On the basis of studying the connotation of Chinese traditional family instructions and traditions,this paper analyzes the positive role of good family traditions in preventing and resisting corruption,cultivating correct outlooks about the world,life and values,and guaranteeing family happiness. It further clarifies the inner relationship between family traditions and regulating family with clean hands of the party members. Based on this,the paper puts forward the corresponding measures from the several aspects such as inheriting and carrying forward excellent traditional family instructions,keeping the family members incorruptible and playing a role,further promoting the construction of the family instructions and tradition in order to protect the growth and development of the leading cadres of the party members in the new era and to realize the great revival of the ＂Chinese dream＂.
