Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Mine Construction Project Management Mode

基于矿井建设项目管理的特点,建设阶段煤矿项目管理的评价指标体系从对项目目标的控制力度、业主能力支持需求和承包商与建设单位的支持程度三方面建立,构建煤矿建设阶段项目的模糊综合评价模型。我们发现,模糊综合评价方法可以处理施工项目管理中的客观信息和主观信息,提高了矿井建设项目管理评价的可靠性和准确性。

Based on the characteristics of mine construction project management, the evaluation index system of coal mine project management in the construction phase was established from the three aspects of the control degree of the project target, the owner＇s capacity support needs and the support level of the contractor and the construction unit to build the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mode of project of the coal mine in construction phase. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can deal with objective information and subjective information in construction project management and improve the reliability and accuracy of mine construction project management evaluation.
