在相当长的一段时间中,我国建筑行业都没有将工程咨询业务和建筑项目结合在一起,建筑项目各个阶段之间的联系比较紧密,具有明显的相互承接的关系,工程咨询业务和建筑项目的分割也直接给工程建设的进程造成了比较大的影响。随着社会经济的发展,建筑行业发展的速度也在不断的加快,为了更好的满足市场发展的需要,更好的参与到市场竞争中去,需要在工程项目整个过程中贯穿工程咨询业务,这样能够将工程咨询业务的作用更好的发挥出来。笔者主要研究了工程咨询的含义、原则、对象,并分析了全过程工程咨询各个阶段的控制要点,希望能够帮助我国建筑企业做好各个阶段的控制,在保证质量的情况下努力的降低工程成本,更好的参与到市场竞争中去。

The author mainly studied the meanings, principles and objects of engineering consultation, and analyzed the control points in all stages of the whole process engineering consultation to do a good job of controlling all stages, and strive to reduce the project cost in the case of quality assurance and better participate in the market competition.
