金融衍生工具在企业财务管理中的应用研究

目前,我国经济全球化的不断发展和改进使得我国社会经济得到快速发展,导致以往的金融工具适应不来目前企业财务管理的新要求。根据近阶段国际金融市场的情况,使得现代企业管理开始加大对财务管理工作的注重,并将各种各样的衍生金融工具带入到企业财务管理中。本文对衍生金融工具进行了系统的分析,讨论了衍生金融工具在企业管理中的应用,为衍生金融工具在企业财务管理中的应用提出一些参考。

At present, the continuous development and improvement of China＇s economic globalization have made China＇s social economy develop rapidly and lead to the fact that the previous financial instruments cannot adapt to the new requirements of current corporate financial management. According to the situation of the international financial market in the recent period, modern enterprise management has begun to increase its focus on financial management, and has brought a variety of financial derivatives into corporate financial management. This paper systematically analyzes financial derivatives, discusses the application of financial derivatives in enterprise management, to provide some references for the application of financial derivatives in corporate financial management.
